What‘s New

You have probably heard the news by now but if you haven't Dylan's Cafe and Bakery has been sold and is now under new owenership. 

The new owners are Steve and Lee Ann Honey who reside in nearby Holliston, Ma.  Lee Ann will manage and do the baking while Steve keeps the books.

We have renamed Dylan's to Honey's Cafe and Bakery.

About Lee Ann

Lee Ann graduated from Johnson and Wales with a degree in pastry arts. She has worked as a pastry chef for over 15 years at various restaurants including Rossi’s, Spinazola‘s, The Sheraton Hotel, and Rosie’s Bakery. In addition, she ran her own wedding cake business called “Honey Cakes”. More recently, she managed the elementary school cafeteria for the Holliston School District. Her specialty is creating unique, high end desserts and cakes.

Coming Soon

We plan to offer the same high quality coffee and food that the loyal customers of Dylan’s have become accustom to over the last 16 years.

Both breakfast and lunch will still be offered along with the vast assortment of gourmet coffee and beverages.

We’ll be slowly adding more home baked pastries and desserts from Lee Ann’s wide collection of recipes that she has perfected throughout her cooking career. Come in and try the new Cheese Danish or the ever popular “sticky buns”.

Finally, we will soon be taking orders for specialty cakes such as anniversary and wedding cakes. Each cake is custom designed to meet your own individual preferences.
